A social media scheduler for eight networks. Write a post once and adapt it for each network; Publedia checks each version against that network's rules before you schedule it, and shows what happened on every channel after.

An email address and one social account. The Basic plan is free, with no credit card required.

Workspaces hold channels, calendars, media, and posts. Teammates are invited directly instead of sharing logins. Available seats depend on your plan.

YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, X, LinkedIn and Bluesky. Anything not listed cannot be connected today.

One profile or page on one platform. For example, an X profile, a Facebook page, an Instagram account, and a TikTok account count as four connected accounts.

The network ended Publedia's access. LinkedIn does this every 60 days; other networks do it when you change your password or remove the app. Reconnecting is one sign-in. Scheduled posts are kept, and one that comes due while the channel is down fails for that channel until you reconnect and retry.

Open the post. Each channel that failed shows why and the one step most likely to fix it, such as Reconnect channel or Edit post. Retry resends only to the channels that failed.

Account details, drafts, posts, uploaded media, and publishing access tokens. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and tokens are encrypted with a key stored outside the database.

Publedia only requests permissions needed to publish and report on posts. You can review or revoke granted permissions anytime in each network's app settings.

You can delete posts, drafts and media at any time. To download your data or delete your account, open Privacy in your account settings. For anything else, email [email protected]. We answer within one month.

During the preview, only seats and the monthly allowance of posts to X are enforced. Every other limit shows a warning as you get close and blocks nothing, and nothing is deleted.

Plans are not sold yet. During the preview no plan is billed, and we will explain how changing and cancelling a plan works before billing starts.
